The Path of the Heart

By turning the trauma into medicine, we become empowered. We do this by rewriting our own story. There are no traumatic events, only traumatic experiences – the story is what we wrap around that traumatic experience. When we change that story, in a holistic way, mind, body, emotions, spirit, we become empowered. The story has to be written from the heart, with patience, in the personal rhythm.

What is My Path?

Hello, I am Nicoleta and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, passionate about embodiment and somatic practices. I call myself lucky to be doing what I love and what I’ve always dreamt of: facilitating heart to heart connections for those who entrust me with guiding them through their path of transformation. I have been on this journey myself, for many years, building, discovering, reforming, trusting, learning and opening towards life and love. I really enjoy bringing creativity onto the table, to lighten the burden and heaviness of trauma work. It is my own personal experience that art is a powerful portal into our emotions, our dreams and our unconscious universe and it helps us bring in awareness and transform even the most hidden parts. One of my favourite practices is about self-compassion. I’ve experienced first-hand, but I’ve also seen in others, its amazing healing power.

In this work, everything we do falls into an ongoing process of development and growth. Healing is not a destination, it is a process of saying yes to yourself and of opening your heart over and over again, until it becomes so natural and light, as is our own nature when we come into this life. The most beautiful part of the human nature I believe it’s not the uniqueness of our internal universes, but the interconnectedness of us all as humanity.

My path is about going beyond beliefs, systems and doctrines. Living from the Heart. Offering a holistic space for transformational processes for individuals, couples and groups. If you are curious to find out more about my own path as a human who is here to enjoy life but also about my journey as a psychotherapist, I invite you to go to my About me page

Why Rewild Your Heart?

In a world with incredible speed and fast paced evolution of the technology, I invite and support you to create a new space, where you show up for yourself, where you learn how to befriend your emotions, where time stops and you get to listen to your heart, no need to race here, you can catch your breath. In this space, you have the possibility to learn again about love, about your dreams and passions, about your heart’s desire. It is where you find out who you truly are, what your values are and what you stand for. It’s a soft and gentle space, womb like, full on warmth and potential, safe. Here you can relearn how to be free. And then, after spending enough time in this precious heart space, you will know how to embody it in your everyday life, in every situation and relationship, expand it more and more until your inside and outside worlds become one.

What kind of therapy?

01.

Holistic approach

Holism tells us that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts and nothing is deliberately ignored. We observe both the external world and the subjective inner world. The holistic process takes place through observations from the person's whole existence (cognition, sensation, emotion, body and spirit).

02.

Relationship centered

Integrative psychotherapy is based on relationships, where the process is a co-creation, based on cooperation between the therapist and the client. Here, the client is the architect of change. Creating a clear and secure alliance is very important. The client is the most important common factor through his/her capacity for self-healing, through his/her creative ability to use all the resources and support received within the therapeutic process. Ultimately, the most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself and this can be transformed into a safe and secure relationship, with love and compassion, through the therapeutic process.

03.

Somatic approach

Our bodies have amazing intelligence and memory, they are the connection with our outer world and the deep connection to our mother, like no other that we will ever experience. But as we live in a highly mental world, we often forget to really be present in our body, and listen to its needs and desires. Through somatic work, we can befriend our bodies and slowly transform the unbalances so that we can once again enjoy to the fullest the beautiful messages that we get, through our senses, about the world. Little by little, we can begin to tolerate a wider range of emotions and remember that the opposite of pain is ecstasy and we, as humans, have been gifted to experience both.

04.

Creative tools

Creativity is a true portal into our inner world. It is a language that each of us knows how to speak but as we grow older, we sometimes forget that we know it. The most primal form of creation is life itself, and all we need to do in order to remember this, is slow down and listen, make space inside ourselves and turn the flow into form. Thorough different forms of art and creative tools we can support amazing expressions of the self and also turn traumatic energy into a manageable and acceptable form that we can further work with in the therapeutic process.
